AI consultancy for growing companies, worldwide

Put AI to work in the parts of your business that slow you down.

AI without the tech overwhelm. We find the one job that eats your week, hand the dull parts to AI, and keep you in charge of every decision.

How one job moves when AI takes the dull parts Illustrative example: one customer enquiry, start to finish.
  1. Arrives Customer A message lands at 9:40 pm while you are closed.
  2. Sorted AI Read, tagged as a quote request, matched to the right product.
  3. Answered AI + you A reply is drafted from your own price list. You approve it.
  4. Followed up AI No reply in two days? A polite nudge goes out.

You know AI matters. Nobody has shown you where it fits.

Every week brings a new tool, a new demo, a new promise. Meanwhile the real work still runs on inboxes, spreadsheets and your memory.

You do not need another app to learn. You need someone to look at how your business actually runs and say, plainly: this part, yes. That part, not yet.

  • Which tool? There are thousands.
  • Will it cost a fortune or break something?
  • Is my customer data safe?
  • I am not technical. Can I even run this?

We work on workflows, not industries.

A dental clinic, a furniture maker and a freight broker share the same bottlenecks. These are the four places we usually start. The yellow step is where AI takes the load.

  • Sales and enquiries

Every enquiry answered, even after hours.

Questions get a fast, accurate first reply from your own information. Promising leads reach you sorted and ready.

    1. Enquiry in
    2. Reply drafted (handled by AI)
    3. You approve
    4. Follow-up
  • Operations

Fewer dropped handovers and less chasing.

Orders, schedules and job updates move between people and systems without someone re-typing them.

    1. Order placed
    2. Details routed (handled by AI)
    3. Team notified
    4. Done
  • Customer support

Routine questions handled; hard ones escalated.

Where is my order, how do I return this, what are your hours: answered instantly. Anything sensitive goes to a person.

    1. Question
    2. Answered or flagged (handled by AI)
    3. Person steps in
    4. Resolved
  • Back office and admin

Hours of paperwork back each week.

Invoices read, documents filed, reports drafted, reminders sent. You review the summary, not the pile.

    1. Paperwork in
    2. Read and filed (handled by AI)
    3. You review
    4. Sent

Small first. Proven. Then bigger.

Three stages, and you can stop after any of them.

  1. Stage 1 of 3

    Audit

    Free first session

A 30-minute conversation about how your business runs and where time leaks.

    You get

    • A short list of workflows worth automating
    • An honest “not yet” where AI is not worth it
    • A plain-English note you can keep
  2. Stage 2 of 3

    Pilot

    Scoped together

We pick one workflow and build it with your real data, side by side with your team.

    You get

    • One working workflow, live in your business
    • Before-and-after measures you agree up front
    • Training for the people who use it
  3. Stage 3 of 3

    Rollout

Only if the pilot earns it

We extend what worked to the next workflows and hand over the keys.

    You get

    • More workflows, one at a time
    • Documentation and accounts in your name
    • Ongoing support if you want it

No borrowed logos. Here is how we earn trust instead.

We are a new practice, so we will not show you numbers we have not earned. What we can show you is how we work.

  • We start with one workflow.

Not a transformation programme. One job, done well, measured.

  • We will tell you when AI is not the answer.

Sometimes a better form or a checklist beats a model. You will hear it from us first.

  • You own everything.

Accounts, data and anything we build sit in your name, not ours.

  • Nothing goes live without your sign-off.

A person approves what customers see until you decide otherwise.

Questions owners ask us

What does it cost?

The 30-minute audit is free and carries no obligation. If a pilot makes sense, we scope it together and agree a fixed price before any work starts, so there are no surprise bills.

What happens to my data?

We use only the data a workflow needs, and it stays in accounts you own. We tell you which AI services touch it and where they run, and we will not use your data to train anything or share it with anyone else.

We are not technical. Is that a problem?

No. That is who we built this for. You know your business; we handle the technology and explain every choice in plain language. Your team gets trained on whatever we build.

Which industries do you work with?

Any industry. We look at workflows such as enquiries, scheduling, support and paperwork, and those look similar whether you run a clinic, a workshop, a shop or a services firm. We work with businesses worldwide, remotely.

What if AI is not right for us?

Then we will say so in the audit, and you will leave with a clearer picture of where your time goes. That is still worth 30 minutes.
